Corporate Projects

Regional businesses and local councils in North East Victoria should leverage video to connect with their communities, promote services, and attract talent. Video is a powerful tool for engaging audiences, conveying complex information, and building trust. Hand Cut Films possesses extensive experience in producing corporate videos, demonstrated through a diverse portfolio for both local councils and small businesses.

Some of the projects produced for local councils include an emergency response video for Alpine Shire Council to inform community members, recruitment videos to attract doctors for the Rural City of Wangaratta, and instructional videos for Alpine Health to give new mothers support to settle their babies. Our small business collaborations include a series of videos for Fusion Safety on corporate leadership and culture, and content for Konermar Buller Jaithamathang, an indigenous organisation focused on empowering the next generation, showcasing our ability to tailor compelling narratives for various corporate objectives.

Emergency Preparedness Campaign

We partnered with the Alpine Shire Council's emergency management team to create a crucial 6-minute video promoting their "First 72 Hours" campaign. The goal was simple: to actively engage Alpine Shire residents and empower them to prepare for future emergencies.

Leveraging the Council's existing print materials, graphic elements, and detailed website, our team at Hand Cut Films developed a compelling script. We then filmed a diverse group of local residents in various locations, capturing authentic community voices. To ensure even our non-professional talent delivered polished, high-quality messages, we utilized a teleprompter.

To further enhance the video's impact and reinforce the campaign's branding, we developed custom animated graphics. These animations seamlessly integrated existing graphic elements, including logo animations and essential checklists.

The result was a concise and impactful video that perfectly complemented the broader "First 72 Hours" campaign, providing residents with a clear call to action and vital preparedness information.

The HeroCODE Online Training Series

We partnered with Fusion Safety, a leading professional safety consulting and advisory company based in Singapore and Southeast Asia, to transform their acclaimed 'HeroCODE' strategy into an engaging online training video series. The HeroCODE is a proven methodology designed to empower workforces and unlock leadership potential at all levels within large organizations.

To bring this comprehensive program to life, our team at Hand Cut Films set up a mobile studio on-site for a day. We meticulously recorded eight of Fusion Safety's expert staff members, each delivering various modules of the course. To ensure seamless and professional delivery, we utilized a teleprompter, allowing their team to present complex information clearly and confidently.

The result is a high-quality, impactful online training series that effectively communicates the core principles of the HeroCODE, equipping Fusion Safety's clients with the tools to cultivate leadership and enhance safety across their workforces.

GP Recruitment Drive

Facing a shortage of doctors across North East Victoria, the Rural City of Wangaratta embarked on a vital recruitment drive to attract more General Practitioners to the region. We were brought in to create compelling video content for this campaign.

Our approach focused on authentic testimonials. We conducted interviews with GPs already practicing in Wangaratta, asking them about their experiences and why the Rural City of Wangaratta is such a great place to live and work. We know that getting natural and effective results from live interviews can be challenging, but making subjects feel at ease and comfortable on camera is one of our specialties.

Portions of these genuine interviews were then skillfully woven into the campaign's core message. The goal was to create a relatable narrative, allowing potential recruits to truly envision themselves thriving in Wangaratta. The resulting video content provided an honest and inviting look into the lives of local GPs, proving to be a powerful tool in the recruitment efforts.
